9 March 2026Thanks for asking. Firstly, the delivery service is pleasing. However, as an international customer, I have been using this service for the last 4 years and this year I was disappointed because the flowers that was delivered was totally different from what I saw on the photo. I chose the tropical because of the beautiful tropical colors on the choice photo but they delivered something in a different yellow and green color. To add to this, I was able to contact the seller and was very pleased with a most apologetic, graceful, helpful and understanding response. I will definitely use Camile's Flowers again.
