Thanks for asking. Firstly, the delivery service is pleasing. However, as an international customer, I have been using this service for the last 4 years and this year I was disappointed because the flowers that was delivered was totally different from what I saw on the photo. I chose the tropical because of the beautiful tropical colors on the choice photo but they delivered something in a different yellow and green color. To add to this, I was able to contact the seller and was very pleased with a most apologetic, graceful, helpful and understanding response. I will definitely use Camile's Flowers again.

The delivery was great and on time, unfortunately all of the flowers didn’t bloom so the bouquet didn’t look full. I have purchased from Camille’s in the past and never had any issues so I will definitely be ordering again. Appreciate your service.

This was the most lovely bouquet I've ever seen. I sent this to my mum in April for her 90th birthday. She was over the moon!
